Certificate Validity

This certificate is void if bartered, sold, or transferred to another person. It is valid for a reservation registration validation form offering two adults 21 years or older, on a 7-night cruise departing from Seattle, Washington. Cruise lines include: Celebrity, Carnival®, Royal Caribbean, and MSC.

Ports of Call

Cruise destinations may include Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan, Sitka, Victoria, British Columbia.

Onboard Ship

Enjoy chef-inspired dining, Las Vegas-style entertainment, casino, onboard duty-free shopping, and complimentary onboard daily activities.

Booking and Redemption

Bookings require at least 30 days' advance notice and are subject to availability. You must activate your certificate 5 days from the date that you receive your activation confirmation. Activation and booking must be made within 12 months from the date of activation. The certificate expires if not activated or booked within this time frame.

Additional Fees May Apply

Your only cost after a $68.00 activation fee rates starting at $499.00 per person paid directly to the cruise line by credit card at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for dates near holidays, peak seasons, or weekend departures. Travelers are responsible for all additional charges including incidental on board personal charges, gratuities. These fees are non-refundable.

Travel Restrictions and Requirements

This offer is not valid for group travel, for two or more certificate holders. This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer. Each household is limited to one redemption every 24 months.

Expiration and Transferability

The expiration date only refers to certificate activation, not the completion of travel. Travel must be completed within 12 months from the date of activation. This certificate has no cash surrender value and is void where prohibited by law.

Availability and Limitations

This promotional cruise incentive is subject to availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Open Travel Clubs reserves the right to provide alternative travel dates if inventory is unavailable.

Important Notes

Do not make travel arrangements until you have received a written booking confirmation. You may not contact the cruise line directly. Certificates are void if altered, duplicated, or tampered with. Activation and booking fees are non-refundable, if applicable.

Travel Documentation

Travelers are responsible for securing all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification. Failure to have proper documentation may result in denied boarding, and the traveler will bear all associated costs.

Language Requirement

Participants must be able to speak, read, write, and fully understand the English language to participate in this offer. If you cannot meet this requirement, your certificate will be void.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions, Open Travel Clubs reserves the right to offer alternative travel dates, itineraries, or other options.

Fraud Prevention

Open Travel Clubs reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility at the time of activation or booking to prevent misuse or fraud.

Marketing Representation Disclaimer

This certificate is governed solely by the terms and conditions printed herein. Any verbal or written representations made by resellers or other third parties should not be relied upon.

Liability and Disclaimers

By participating in this offer, you release Open Travel Clubs, its officers, Karl Kramer & Company Inc., its officers, and their distributors from any liability for actual or perceived losses or harm in connection with this offer.
